Odiapp is Maldives' first private Speedboat Booking Application. An Uber-like platform for the Maldivian Sea Transport Sector. The Maldives with its unique geographical Location is 1% land and 99% ocean, Hence, Every day thousands travel via a mode of sea transport. Our mission is to harmonize the sea transport sector of the country by providing a travel-tech platform odiapp for passengers and ODI-assistance for the operators to manage their fleet operations. So far with 2 years in initial launch stage, we have issued over 100,000 e-tickets on our unified platforms. 

ODIAPP - Speedboat Booking App

This project outlines digital initiative by Dhiggaru Council. Economy of the island is mostly based on fishing. Majority of the population living in the island involved in various economic activities related to fisheries industry. There are 07 pole and line fishing vessels registered at the island along with 02 diving boats, 04 troll line fishing vessels and 20 dinghies used mostly for reef fishing. There are three parties operate small fish factories, who processes majority of daily catch of the island and nearby islands. Health center is in operation for 24 hours with general physicians. Laboratory tests and scan services are not available from the island Education from pre-school up to higher secondary is available from the island. The island is famous in the Maldives for their bi-product of dried fish processing, “RIHAAKURU”. However, most of the younger generation is working in tourism industry in various resorts around the Maldives.

The Male' City Council is an independent and autonomous body that derives its legal authority from the Decentralisation Act (Law no. 7/2010) of the Maldives. Empowered to own property and to incur liabilities, the Council has devolved powers of self governance and decision making, as well as financial autonomy. With the ratification of the Act, all functions and assets of the former Male' Municipality were transferred to the Male' City Council.

The Council is mandated to provide democratic and accountable governance, foster social and economic well-being and community development, and establish a safe, healthy and ecologically diverse environment.

The top-most priority of the Council is to enable the housing needs of the people. The objectives of the Council will be achieved by formulating carefully-designed and broadly-consulted plans, the implementation of identified milestones in these plans, and through the allocation of appropriate budgets for such programmes and projects. All regulations that enable the achievement of these objectives will be drawn up and implemented by the Council.

Maldives Tenancy Portal is an initiative by Ministry of Environment. The portal is developed as per Tenancy Act 2021 which requires certain rights and regulations to the tenant as well as the owner. Through the Portal, property owners can apply for Tenancy Permit, Check status and update agreements without needing to physically submit. Additionally, public can view properties which are available for the rent, get information of the owner and many more. The Portal is not yet available to the public.

Maavehi Portal - is a truly game changer for City Council Administrations and Public Services. Designed and developed based on the ideas and led by the examples of digital frameworks followed by leading countries, The portal when fully implemented will enable 90% of council services to go online. One of the most important aspect of this portal is amount of time spent on analysing years of paperworks within the council to fully understand how we can cut short and convert it into digital forms with minimal information to be filled by the applicants.  In the coming days we will be adding more features such as e-permits which will eliminate traditional permits and wastage of paper, docs verification which will enable verification of the authenticity of permits issued by the council. City works Map which will help citizens to get latest updates on roads closed and road works within the city. As we move forward, we are also testing on council management portal, helping more tech enabled governance. Excorp provided Digital and printing assets for MMPRC in helping the campaigns run from 2019 to 2020. Whether it be train wrapping or Assets for a fair and exhibition, Excorp team has provided the creatives for such events with pride and dignity. GVC Noor is a health and beauty care product distributed by ADK General Trading. As part of introductory campaign of the product in Maldives market excorp was awarded to come up with unique concept in giving the message “what is beauty” Excorp’s video team came up with over 20 Women of different ages to be shown in the video to create the impression which the client required. I.e. beauty isn’t about the Age. Multi-location shooting took over 2 weeks.

Secretariat of parliament includes all administrative works of the parliament together with downloadable legal documents and amended administrative documents which are open for public view. Media section of the website includes live archives of each parliament sitting both video and audio of the sittings together with audios of public committee sessions. This section also includes private committee sessions which are viewed for specific audiences in accordance with the constitution of the Maldives and laws and regulations of parliament. Website comes with a job center whereby jobs can be applied online through the website. Additionally, the website includes foreign relations and international affiliations of the parliament viewed both for public and specific administrative audiences.

Maldives Association of Travel Agents & Tour Operators (MATATO) was founded in 2006 by a group of enthusiastic tour operators in the Maldives. The association has evolved over the years to be a leading non-profit organization in the country and forefront of the tourism industry. As part of Annual Gala & MATATO Awards, Excorp was awarded videography and editing of profile videos of various Hoteliers within the country’s prominent resorts. With only 5 days in hand, Excorp’s video team created 10 videos in total with narrations.

With STO seeking young, creative and innovative professionals
to carry out the re-designing of the new website, Excorp got the
opportunity to do it’s UI/UX design. STO being geographically
diverse with operations and developments throughout Maldives
and operations in Singapore, the database of the website was
going to be huge and it would have to be very user friendly. With
all that in mind, Excorp’s web development team’s main aim was
to make the website look as professional, modern, contemporary
and dynamic as possible. By working on a set rigorous end image,
our team delivered one of its finest web designs to STO, which
was approved instantaneously, and the website was live in a
